Delete your account

Delete inside the app

1. Open Confivia.
2. Open Profile for the connected account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the explanation and confirm Delete forever.

Once deletion is confirmed, the account becomes inaccessible. Its authentication link and email association are removed, and its identifying profile information is hidden or de-identified immediately. This includes the profile, progression, social relationships, star balance, inventory, and equipped cosmetics associated with the account.

If Sign in with Apple is linked, the iOS app asks you to confirm your Apple identity and attempts to revoke Confivia's Apple sign-in authorization.

The remaining deletion-pending account row and its player-linked match and Ranked result rows are permanently removed by a daily cleanup once 30 days have elapsed.

Limited match, security, or transaction records may be retained only when needed for fraud prevention, currency integrity, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation. Where identification is no longer necessary, those records are de-identified and are no longer displayed as belonging to the deleted player.

Currency and wager audit records may remain with the removed player's database reference cleared; other players' records are preserved.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting the mobile app by itself does not delete a registered account.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email spiridonovdaniels@gmail.com with the subject Confivia account deletion request.

For a signed-in account, send the request from the email address connected to your Apple or Google sign-in. If you used Apple's Hide My Email feature, use or identify the corresponding private relay address where possible. We may request reasonable additional information to verify that the account belongs to you.

We will confirm receipt and complete a verified request without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. Never send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, or payment details by email.
