CONFIVIA / PLAYER INFORMATION
Terms of Use
Effective date: 5 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of Confivia, provided by Daniel Spiridonov, an independent developer established in Bulgaria. By using Confivia, you agree to these Terms and the Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and legally permitted to use Confivia in your location. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your Apple or Google account and device access secure. Your player name and other information you provide must comply with the Community Rules.
Version one requires a supported Apple or Google account connection before gameplay begins. A temporary local installation identifier may be used during onboarding and linked to the connected account.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or expose private information about others;
- use an offensive, unlawful, misleading, or infringing player name;
- cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or use a modified client;
- manipulate rankings, stars, rewards, wagers, matchmaking, or game results;
- interfere with Confivia, its servers, or another player's access;
- attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, or bypass security measures; or
- use Confivia unlawfully or encourage another person to do so.
We may require a name change, correct improperly obtained progression, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, or secure the service.
Player content and social features
Custom-room questions and answers, player names, and other information you submit through social or support features must comply with these Terms and the Community Rules. You must have the rights needed to submit that content, and it must not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.
You retain any rights you have in your content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and support Confivia. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where a limited copy must be retained for security, enforcement, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Confivia provides tools to report inappropriate content or conduct and to block other players. We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content, and may restrict or terminate accounts, where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or the Community Rules, protect players, secure the service, or comply with law. We do not guarantee that all player content will be reviewed before it appears.
Stars, rewards, and wagers
Stars are an in-game virtual currency used only within Confivia. In version one, stars are earned through gameplay, daily rewards, and authorised promotional codes, as well as claimed Blessings from friends. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, or transferred outside supported in-game features, and do not create an ownership interest in Confivia.
In 1v1 Damage mode, each player commits the displayed star wager. The winner receives the combined in-game pot; a drawn game refunds both stakes. Server records are authoritative for results and settlement. We may correct balances affected by confirmed bugs, fraud, exploits, or duplicate processing.
Real-money star purchases and rewarded advertisements are not available in version one. If purchases are introduced later, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and store disclosures will be updated before that feature launches. Any such purchases will also be subject to the applicable Apple or Google platform terms.
Cosmetics and licence
Cosmetics are limited, revocable rights to display digital content within Confivia. They are not transferable property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Confivia for personal entertainment.
If an account is suspended or deleted, access to its stars, progression, and cosmetics may also be suspended or permanently lost. No cash payment or refund is due for earned virtual items that have no monetary value, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Availability and changes
Confivia may experience maintenance, interruptions, errors, or data loss. Features, balancing, questions, rewards, ranks, and availability may change. We do not promise that every feature will always remain available or operate without error.
Intellectual property
Confivia's software, branding, artwork, questions, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Daniel Spiridonov. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them except where applicable law does not permit such restrictions.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Confivia or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or material harm to Confivia or its players.
Account deletion is described at https://daniel-portfolio-pied.vercel.app/projects/confivia/delete-account. Deleting the app from a device does not by itself delete a registered account.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Confivia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly required by law. Daniel Spiridonov is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the service where such limitation is legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Contact us first if you believe a problem can be resolved informally.
General terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Rules, form the agreement about your use of Confivia, subject to any mandatory terms imposed by the platform through which you obtained the app.
Contact and changes
We may update these Terms and will provide appropriate notice before material changes take effect where required. Questions may be sent to spiridonovdaniels@gmail.com.
